Every Cosendai is conceived as a one‑of‑a‑kind work of art featuring natural materials which are hand treated and crafted from start to finish. It is therefore possible that each jewel may differ slightly from the photographed show piece.
Unique variations with such materials and hand crafting techniques are celebrated as part of their essence, and not considered faults.
As with all fine jewellery, diamond carat weight may also vary per piece.
In the unlikely event that a flaw is identified during the crafting process, delivery will be respectfully delayed until the piece fully embodies our standards of excellence.
If, upon delivery, a defect arises that can be clearly attributed to our craftsmanship, we will gladly make the necessary corrections with care and precision once we take receipt of the jewel.
Our manufacturing locations may change, without affecting our standards of excellence.
It may not be physically possible to resize rings and other jewels that are predominantly made out of natural materials.
Refunds or exchanges are not offered under any circumstance.
